Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Unopened products in original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used sachets cannot be returned unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

How to Request a Refund

Email sales@gomaxxx.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
